External Email – Exercise Caution Hi Grace, This was a long-standing issue for our TMS/Raiser's Edge users as well. Blackbaud's latest version of the application is now a cloud-based solution, so clearing out the old version from their computers has resolved the issue for us. A GS support ticket will be able to get you the updated file / location of where to put it on the affected workstations. The tricky thing is the fix might not “stick” if your IT team was to say update those programs and they still were using the wrong version of the file. Unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe, do not follow guidance, click links, or open attachments. Hi all, We have an ongoing issue when entering constituent addresses. When a user begins typing in any of the “Address Details” fields, their cursor jumps to the “Preview” field and text begins to appear there instead. As a workaround, users can copy and paste information into the “Address Details” fields, but this can be inconvenient. The issue only affects some of our users, and it seems to be related to the use of Financial Edge. I’ve heard there is a fix, but none of our current staff members are familiar with the steps to take. Has anyone else run into a similar problem? If so, are you aware of a fix?
