Dear Fatima

All just paintings, but:

·         Individual panels from a single altarpiece: https://www.nationalgallery.org.uk/paintings/girolamo-romanino-high-altarpiece-s-alessandro-brescia

·         A series of paintings: https://www.nationalgallery.org.uk/paintings/william-hogarth-marriage-a-la-mode-1-the-marriage-settlement

·         Paintings that were displayed together in the same decorative scheme: https://www.nationalgallery.org.uk/paintings/pontormo-josephs-brothers-beg-for-help

·         Pendants: https://www.nationalgallery.org.uk/paintings/canaletto-venice-piazza-san-marco

·         Studies for the same work / cycle: https://www.nationalgallery.org.uk/paintings/luca-giordano-mythological-scene-of-agriculture

If we can illustrate an entire group in one image (effectively; that’s not quite the criterion …), the group has its own page; if we don’t, the group information is repeated below the image for each object. In both cases, it can be jumped to using the link called ‘About the series’ on the upper navbar.

Best wishes

Rupert

Hello and Happy New Year TMSers!

Does anyone use virtual TMS records with related object records to groups objects together on their website? Like a tea set or a furniture suite? Would love to see an example of that in action!

Thanks!

Fatima
