Open DBConfig.
Manage > Tables/Columns
Open Objects > Current Location Transactions in the left-hand pane treeview.
Double click on LoginID.
Uncheck "Display as distinct list in queries"
Click OK.

Logout of TMS and login again. You're query should work now.

Hi Christina,

I just had a quick question on your query. When I enter loginID and not equal to, the field value just gives me a list of users. May I ask which table in your dbconfig you are getting loginID from? I have been trying all the loginid’s to no avail.

Amanda,

In advanced query, locate where your current location might be. If you don't see it, you will have to add it to a query group in dbconfig. Then select LoginID <> *.

Dear all,

We converted to TMS about 2+ years ago and are still in the throws of cleaning up data. One of the more prominent issues is inputting current location data for objects, as this information was not captured from Past Perfect into TMS, and instead is listed in the record as "no location specified". Is there a way to search object records by this term? I know it is a not a designated location authority, but since the data is there, I am hopeful there might be a work around I have just not been able to find.

Thank you so much in advance!

Amanda
