Another helpful trick with data cleanup is that when the data was created in TMS with no location, the transaction date for "no current location recorded" will be the date that your data migration ran. I keep a note of this date and run an Advanced Query
on Current Location / Transaction Date = date of the migration. You can find this date if you look at the location for any one of those records. This is a good way to find all of the records that have not been located or updated after your migration.

Dear all,
We converted to TMS about 2+ years ago and are still in the throws of cleaning up data. One of the more prominent issues is inputting current location data for objects, as this information was not captured from Past Perfect into TMS, and instead is listed in the record as "no location specified". Is there a way to search object records by this term? I know it is a not a designated location authority, but since the data is there, I am hopeful there might be a work around I have just not been able to find.
