Fatima - we use either 'Non-Accessioned Object', or some of our sites use the more government bureaucacy-friendly 'Heritage Asset'.

What Object Status do y'all use for works of art for which the institution has legal title but which the institution chooses not to accession?

Thanks!

Fatima
