I'm new to the list serve and looking forward to having some dialogue with all of you.  My name is Betty Jo Brenner.

For those of you doing Crossroads, can you tell me how you have handled the scholar part of the team.  Do you have a contract you can share and have you decided on the criteria for your scholar role? 

We are opening in September if all goes well.
