Hope everyone is staying safe and well.

 

We have many pieces of original art and are looking for ways to best identify these in TMS other than in the Description field, so we can more easily search and find these pieces in the system. Initial thought was maybe a simple status flag, since they are quick and easy to implement, visible on the main data entry screen, searchable, and also show in eMuseum.

 

Is anyone else categorizing original art in a different way in TMS? If so, would you be willing to share your process?
