Hi Kira,
As some people on the list have noted TMS may not be the best solution for traditionally processed archival materials, e.g. series, folder.... that said, we process our collections to an item level and integrate acquisition, digitization, conservation notes, etc. and have found TMS to be a good solution. I would be happy to discuss with you.

Hi All,
My institution has used TMS since 2004 and just upgraded to TMS Collections. We have a fairly extensive archives department, but the record keeping for that in TMS has been sporadic and inconsistently done. Now that we have TMS Collections, we are hoping to tackle the problems with these records. Has anyone managed to configure TMS records for archival materials? Any advice would be much appreciated!
