External Email - Exercise Caution
Hello Fatima,
We have the same problem (again) and I intend to do the same as I have done a few years ago.
I made a report with the owner as parameter and the name of the name of the package. The result was a list with check boxes for them to check if a package could be
removed.
I have sent each owner his or her list with the request to either delete their own packages or return the list to me.
It worked quiet well.
Unfortunately, the report does not work anymore in the version we have at the moment (TMS2018), so I have to make it again or make the lists directly from Access.
Kind regards,
Corine Bliek

External Email - Exercise Caution
Hello, fellow TMSers!
With the number of our packages ever increasing and the names of the packages mostly unintelligible, I am wondering what rules and procedures other institutions have put in place about object package naming, how and when
to delete/retire old packages, and/or the creation and management of shared and public folders.
Thanks muchly,
Fatima
