The queries in TMS could show you any object that were physically in a location at any point in time, or for any objects with location transactions in a given period. The problem with permanent installations is that some of the objects could have been moved their a decade ago, whereas others were reinstalled after conservation or loan. It might be possible to write something in SQL to determine every object's physical location on a given day. For context, during the beginning of the pandemic every single artwork on display was deinstalled from our galleries (since we're closed to the public, it was the perfect time to start construction work!) Now, we're looking to create Object Packages of the artworks that were in each of these galleries, before they were deinstalled. Does anyone have experience using Advanced Queries for this type of search? I'm having trouble finding a way to add Location History to a Query group to try a search for what we need.
