We're in the process of hiring for a new position, a Manager for Collections Information; some of the main responsibilities for this position are going to be TMS administration as well as basic SQL for Crystal Reports etc
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had a structured candidate skills test for a similar type of position? (identifying expertise in TMS or SQL). If so, please feel free to contact me offlist
