External Email - Exercise Caution

Although, it’s not very intuitive, I think you need to give the security group rights to Objects/ objet accession/ text entries.

Reviewing security manager in DBconfig, this seems to be the most likely. It would have been nice to have a “Handling Notes” entry in the security manager.

The ‘Handling Notes” are text entries.

Hope this works, David Parsell, Yale Center for British Art

External Email - Exercise Caution

Hello,

I’m trying to find where, in the Database Configuration, we can give access to the Handling Notes (Object module, under Registration)

We have TMS 2016R2. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Marie-Élaine
