Provenance tracking is critical for many collections, and touches upon key areas of institutional responsibilities involving the scholarly, legal, and cultural aspects of the objects in our care. At Gallery Systems we are embarking on a project to extend the features and functionality for capturing provenance information. While we have for many years provided ways to record provenance, we want to make this area more robust, to contain all the features you need for provenance-related activities.
