The Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco (de Young Museum and Legion of Honor) is hiring a Collections Information Coordinator to help launch a new Collections Information program here at the museums.

FAMSF is launching a full TMS ecosystem of TMS Collections, Conservation Studio, and Media Studio beginning in Jan 2022 to more than 200 stakeholders across the institution. The Coordinator will play an integral role in onboarding, training, and managing end-user support tickets, and will work collaboratively with both users and the CI team in the initial build, customization, and cleaning of the new databases. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to deepen their TMS skills, learn SQL (if interested), work as part of a tight-knit team, and be a part of a new and exciting initiative for a major fine arts institution. 

Job is full-time with benefits, with Step 1 of the pay range starting at $27.80 per hour (approx $57,800 annually). 12-month term with possibility of renewal.
