Fixed Term Contract, Part Time at 17.5 hours per week.
Salary: £14,750 per annum pro rata (£29,500 FTE)

Are you an experienced administrator of museum collection information or documentation, seeking a better work-life balance? If so, the National Gallery is looking for a part-time Collection Information Officer during the initial 22 months
of a major three-year project, with the possibility of extension.
You will have experience of administering and tidying museum data and authority files, and managing user support and front-end configuration of one or more museum collections management systems.
We can offer a commitment to flexible working arrangements; the opportunity to acquire further experience on additional systems and processes, such as our CIIM middleware; and the opportunity to work with one of the world’s great fine art
collections at a particularly dynamic moment in its history.
