External Email - Exercise Caution

Hello all,

I’ve been having a poor experience with Support for an eMuseum issue. I’ve written to update my case several times, my IT person has contacted them several times, and I’ve called and left a message. But I’ve gotten nothing in response. This has been going on since September. I’d write to whoever is the next up the chain of command, but I don’t know who that is and haven’t figured it out by looking at the GS website. Has anyone here had a similar situation? If so, could you share your strategy for a successful resolution to your issue? (I truly hesitate to broadcast this problem in such a public forum, since I’ve always had good experiences with TMS/eMuseum support in the past, but I just haven’t been able to get anywhere with this so I thought I’d consult the group.)

Many thanks,

Jennifer
