External Email - Exercise Caution Hi April! I don't any experience linking InDesign files to TMS, but I did remove the ability to add TIFF files, since those, too, can be really huge, and we do have limited server space for file storage. And even though, as I say, no one has ever asked me to attach an InDesign file to TMS, I think what I would do is attach a PDF of the InDesign file with, maybe, a note on where the original InDesign file is, or who has it. Just a thought. Fatima -- Fatima Mahdi Collections Information Specialist/TMS Currently teleworking Virginia Museum of Fine Arts 200 N. I’m asking because the department heads want to include pretty much everything in TMS, but I don’t know if that is necessary. We have a bunch of design files (I think mostly InDesign) that we get from our designers (for brochures, publicity, education programs etc.) that are huge. Do these get attached to exhibition records (or other records) at your institutions? If not, where are they stored? Do you link them in some way in TMS so you can find them later? Any thoughts are appreciated.
