External Email - Exercise Caution Hi everyone! I apologize for the cross-post. My museum has an oral history collection. The audio cassettes have been digitized into .wav files, and I am working on creating PDFs of the transcripts. I have never worked with these types of collections in TMS and am unsure how or where to document it, especially as these are not accessioned items but research collections. Has anyone ever worked with oral history collections in TMS? Where do you put these files - objects, media, or bibliography modules? How do you document them? Do you have a specific protocol for adding and managing oral histories in TMS? Do you mark them public access? If so, are the audio and PDF transcripts available in eMuseum? Any help or advice is appreciated. Please feel free to respond off list as well.
