Do you use „Display Dimensions”? That might be a way around this problem.

Thanks, Iris and Brad! I cleaned out the extra media link, but still have two entries in the report - however, noticed that the record has two dimension elements, which will also cause double entries, so I think we have the media piece working. I dont know of any way to filter for multiple dimensions, unless we were to designate a specific 'element' for reports, which I haven't tried yet...
In any case, for now I advise users to export to Word and manually clean out unwanted data.

Don’t you think, just joining id-id would be enough as you already filter on the tableID?

Hm. Spoke too soon. Still repeating - 2 entries (better than 5!). Maybe how new table (Media XRefs) is linked - out of the box, 2 links, both inner joins...
(I freeze at the mere mention of 'joins...')

I am running a Crystal report for outgoing receipt that runs from the Loans module, and pulls in tombstone information and a thumblob for inked loan objects.
If an object record has more than one media attached (eg 5 media attached0 the report is repeating object entries in the report (eg 5 times).
The image piece is a subreport, with current formulas:
{vgsrpMediaImageS_RO.ID} = {?Pm-Objects.ObjectID} and
{vgsrpMediaImageS_RO.TableID} = 108
Does anyone know how to add a formula that will only pull the Primary image?
