External Email - Exercise Caution Hi Fatima Thank you for your kind words - it's taken quite a lot of work to try and order works online, and we are still learning! We have only used parent/child relationships, even for bound works, and I'm not sure how intellectual child relationships would display on eMuseum. I'm not sure if this is helpful, but we have catalogued Moore's notebooks and sketchbooks, and published them through eMuseum. We have an Object entry for the sketchbook, and individual object records for each drawing (recto and verso). These are then linked to the parent sketchbook as either bound or unbound. Perhaps easier to see than to explain - one example of an album with bound/unbound pages is here - click on 'related' to see the bound/unbound pages and 'view all' to see them all.... https://nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fcatalogue.henry-moore.org%2Fobjects%2F9243%2F&data=05%7C01%7CTMSUSERS%40SI-LISTSERV.SI.EDU%7C147ab08f885f455b5ef808db18af7d58%7C989b5e2a14e44efe93b78cdd5fc5d11c%7C0%7C0%7C638130914993115704%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=%2BfUstl6EfEce6ce0D9RGL2lEucPpQAGG6NIWH70Fty4%3D&reserved=0<https://nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fcatalogue.henry-moore.org%2Fobjects%2F9243%2F&data=05%7C01%7CTMSUSERS%40SI-LISTSERV.SI.EDU%7C147ab08f885f455b5ef808db18af7d58%7C989b5e2a14e44efe93b78cdd5fc5d11c%7C0%7C0%7C638130914993115704%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=%2BfUstl6EfEce6ce0D9RGL2lEucPpQAGG6NIWH70Fty4%3D&reserved=0> Do email me if I can help further and I hope your project goes well Kind Regards Martin [https://nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fcatalogue.henry-moore.org%2Finternal%2Fmedia%2Fdispatcher%2F28275%2Ffull&data=05%7C01%7CTMSUSERS%40SI-LISTSERV.SI.EDU%7C147ab08f885f455b5ef808db18af7d58%7C989b5e2a14e44efe93b78cdd5fc5d11c%7C0%7C0%7C638130914993115704%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=7IWWGR67XjMrPgZpcurlk7FQsJtxIiGsVBTa75WWdOk%3D&reserved=0]<https://nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fcatalogue.henry-moore.org%2Fobjects%2F9243%2F&data=05%7C01%7CTMSUSERS%40SI-LISTSERV.SI.EDU%7C147ab08f885f455b5ef808db18af7d58%7C989b5e2a14e44efe93b78cdd5fc5d11c%7C0%7C0%7C638130914993115704%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=%2BfUstl6EfEce6ce0D9RGL2lEucPpQAGG6NIWH70Fty4%3D&reserved=0> Notebook No.6<https://nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fcatalogue.henry-moore.org%2Fobjects%2F9243%2F&data=05%7C01%7CTMSUSERS%40SI-LISTSERV.SI.EDU%7C147ab08f885f455b5ef808db18af7d58%7C989b5e2a14e44efe93b78cdd5fc5d11c%7C0%7C0%7C638130914993115704%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=%2BfUstl6EfEce6ce0D9RGL2lEucPpQAGG6NIWH70Fty4%3D&reserved=0> HMF 426 - HMF 469 Maroon paper-covered boards quarter-bound in red cloth 223 x 173mm; the book probably contained 60 pages of cream lightweight laid paper 223 x 170mm … catalogue.henry-moore.org Martin Davis (he/him) Digital Manager +44 (0)1279 843333 ext 207<tel:+44%20(0)1279%20843333%20ext%20207> +44 (0)1279 844109 (direct)<tel:+44%20(0)1279%20844109%20(direct)> [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> https://nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.henry-moore.org%2F&data=05%7C01%7CTMSUSERS%40SI-LISTSERV.SI.EDU%7C147ab08f885f455b5ef808db18af7d58%7C989b5e2a14e44efe93b78cdd5fc5d11c%7C0%7C0%7C638130914993115704%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=zhmtitemolYGzVX%2BdeiZzVw45l2iRsYXaOlRWMNryPQ%3D&reserved=0<https://nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.henry-moore.org%2F&data=05%7C01%7CTMSUSERS%40SI-LISTSERV.SI.EDU%7C147ab08f885f455b5ef808db18af7d58%7C989b5e2a14e44efe93b78cdd5fc5d11c%7C0%7C0%7C638130914993115704%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=2Sbf93U7aeYsk3e1f8sGYhIw%2BSgNcUzfQdaz8BAo%2Bys%3D&reserved=0> [cid:image207799.png@BE563A2F.96FEC825]<https://nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.henry-moore.org%2F&data=05%7C01%7CTMSUSERS%40SI-LISTSERV.SI.EDU%7C147ab08f885f455b5ef808db18af7d58%7C989b5e2a14e44efe93b78cdd5fc5d11c%7C0%7C0%7C638130914993115704%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=2Sbf93U7aeYsk3e1f8sGYhIw%2BSgNcUzfQdaz8BAo%2Bys%3D&reserved=0> Henry Moore Foundation, Dane Tree House, Perry Green, Much Hadham, Hertfordshire SG10 6EE, United Kingdom. How have you done it? I made an object record for the "album" and made a page as a child object record. That page has 4 photographs. We have images of the entire page as well as each individual photographs. I thought about making the image of the page the primary display image and each photo a Media Child. The child image shows up if you go into the media record, however, it does not appear in the hierarchy view. I also don't know how it will display in eMuseum. I'd rather not create separate child object records for each photograph, but I may have to. Does anyone else have any ideas?
