Gallery Systems Community site recently? Community is a great place to ask questions and find solutions related to any Gallery Systems
products and services.

- Submit a technical support
Case (much preferred over email) – While submitting the case, you might see a
Knowledge Article solution that matches the subject terms you have entered. It is easy to attach useful files such as screenshots or a report template.
- Find a Knowledge Article via the
Search or on the product article index listed under the Resources menu.
- See any active alerts/announcements at the top of the
Home page.
- Watch (or rewatch) a
Webinar recording.
- Download the latest installer for the application.
- Learn about services such as Managed Hosting, Training Classes, Reports Customization, and Support Plus.
- Post a public
Discussion question and engage in dialogue with users from other institutions.
Pro Tip: Navigate into the product of interest, click the FOLLOW button, and then set email notification options.
- View
Account Management (under your name in the upper right corner): See the list of products owned by your institution and the active maintenance & support dates. Go to the
Contacts tab to see the list of names of staff we have on-file (if the contact has a role value of “Community”, they can already login). Let us know if you want to add or remove any contacts.
- Would you like to
upgrade to TMS Collections or purchase additional licenses & services? Under
My Account, find the name of your sales Account Manager. Click their email address or create a New Case and tag using “@” and their name, e.g. “@chris alexander”.
To request that another staff member have access, create a New Case and pick “Community” from the Type field popup. Please provide First & Last Names, email address, and Job Title. If necessary, the same
information can be sent via email to [log in to unmask].
