Hi Margaret,

I don’t know what it looks like in TMS Windows; we are on Collections and we defined a role for funders in the acquisition related constituent roles. We didn’t have anything like that in our old system and it was always a lot of work to search for what was payed by a specific foundation so now we are quite happy. Alas, as always with these things there are also fundings for digitization projects so not forgetting the media module is the next chapter especially as nearly all funding processes lead to extended creditlines. We have a field for object donation related creditlines in the constituent module so we have one place where the exact wording is kept, but I am thinking about extending the usage of this field to all cases where creditlines may be created.

Best, Iris

Hello everyone--

I am wondering if anyone is using TMS to track donors who are not necessarily collection object donors--ie, to serve a a fundraising database. Thanks for any thoughts on that,

Margaret
