Jim, How broad a concept of "Information Management" are you using here? Is it management of all information related to the museum collections? all museum information and assets related to the collection (e.g. including digital assets, didactics, gallery interactives, etc.)? or all information generated and managed by the organization? 

I'm happy to share the state of our information management, but not sure what you are aiming for.
