Dear Amanda,
In Advanced query, go to Field group "Object Cataloguing II" and select field name LoginID, with Relation = contains [username].
If LoginID is not visible then you (or your system administrator) can add it in Configuration Utility -> Manage -> Query Groups.
Click on Available Hierarchies -> Objects and pull the field LoginID into Query Groups -> Objects -> Object Cataloguing II.
