Hi Carol,

I think the 5 x7 size postcard is a great idea. I also find that the phrase
"brought to you by such and such Council" is an important detail to keep.
The amount printed for the hosting communities has been right on target for
us here in NM. The postcards seem to get distributed really well.

50 posters too has been the right amount. I don't think the amount of
posters given is too much since hosting communities in the past have
distributed them to their local schools among other places.

In our experience, the posters and postcards have been sufficient. The
other publications like the brochures that were provided, for example, for
Between Fences and this current exhibit New Harmonies......have been too
many. Communities have far many left over long after the exhibit has left
and at times have sent them back to the Council.

Hope this helps. Thanks for asking. Hope this finds you well.

Ciao!
