Hello everyone,

I am looking for examples of early 14th century wool fabrics (best would be
tabby or twill 2/1) for a reconstruction of garments for a museum. Our
weaver has asked for good close-up pictures with measurements showing the
threads and the weave in addition to the "normal" information (weave type,
thread thickness, spin direction etc). Unfortunately, the literature I have
lacks these pictures. Would anyone on this list be able to help?

Thank you very much,
Katrin Kania
