I am a new user to TMS (new as in I haven't even been trained yet!) but we have decided not to use components to track frames. We will be creating a separate record for them -- I think I am the person Amber Morgan is referring to - I just asked a similar question on RCAAM. We'll be figuring out our system in the next month or two if you want to email me directly at that time.
Best,
Molly

Subject: tracking frames

Morning -

Thought I'd send out a general inquiry re: how people track frames....especially if the frame is particularly valuable, has been conserved, or donated by a donor separate from the painting. Components seems the likely place....does anyone create separate records for frames?

Thanks
cathryn
