External Email - Exercise Caution
Hi Meredith,
at MAST Foundation in Bologna (Italy) we’re going to manage frames as Objects because often a frame is shared with several photo prints.
Then we use the event to link a photo object to a frame object. In the event or in the frame record we could write all infos we need.
Anyway the Glazing is usually documented in the frame record – conservation.
Regards
Massimo

Hello Meredith,
Perhaps you can document the glazing in a conservation record for each object?

Hello all,
I’m trying to establish a process for documenting the glazing of our framed works in TMS and am curious how others have approached. Currently we use a mix of Text Entries, Handling Notes, and the Storage Comments field…
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
Best,
Meredith
