I use an open-source application called Greenshot
<http://getgreenshot.org/>to do all my screen grabs. I like it because it's
easy to use, and has a built in image editor that allows me to do simple
things like remove the cursor, add an arrow, or blur sensitive information,
without needing something excessive (like Photoshop).
