Hello Lucille, 
If you haven't received anything else yet, here's a very simple and very
customizable report regarding your request below. the trick to
eliminating duplication of artists' names, is to group the report by the
artist ID number field (not by name, not as sure). The parameters in it
can be used to narrow down your search, but none are in use now. Let me
know if you need something else on this. I hope this helps out a little.

I have been requested to provide a list of all the artists represented
in our collection. Does anyone have a report that will do this without
duplications? Ideally, it will include the artist's nationality and
his/her dates.
