I'm not sure when this feature was added, but TMS automatically creates SQL
views in the database whenever you a new Flex Field is defined in the
system.

If you want to include Flex Field data in your Crystal Reports (Hey, who
wouldn't? Am I right?), these views make your life much easier. There is no
need to write complex Record Selection formula; all you need to do is join

The problem is that you need to find the view that includes your desired
flex field. This can be complicated, since the view names are based upon
key values from table records.

Attached is a Crystal Report I developed that shows you which view and
field name corresponds to your Flex Fields. They are organized by Context
and Group name, for easy reference.

Please enjoy, ~Chad
