You have to set each image to "Move and size with cell" - otherwise the
image just floats over the cell instead of being tied to the row.

Why not just apply a sort parameter to the report, and manage it there
instead of in the Excel? Have you thought about doing the same only with the
XSLT in the dataviews, instead of CR?
