Hello Everyone,

I am assisting with setting up the Shipping module for our department in order to centralize and share information across the institution. For those of you who use the Shipping module in TMS, can you give examples or explain how you differentiate between Department, Shipment Type, and Shipment Purpose? Further if one or two does not have to be used which one(s) would that be? We have TMS 2020, but the 'Help' articles that TMS provides are from previous versions which doesn't include 'Department' in the shipping module. We aim to start using the Shipping module for special exhibitions. Any information would be helpful!

Thank you,
Carleigh Dudley
