Subject: Overlapping Commitments
Wondering if other museums have long-term loans of multiple objects where one or more objects are recalled while the loan is still open, causing false "overlapping commitments" warnings in the exhibitions module? I assume our staff is just going to have to get used to seeing these few particular objects in red, since I assume the overlapping commitments feature is not configurable (you can only turn it on or off, right?) I just thought I'd check whether others have any thoughts on this.
Thanks,
