Dear colleagues

We’re looking for a Collections Systems Administrator to help manage the various systems that make up the National Gallery’s collection information infrastructure, including (but certainly not limited to) TMS and our CIIM, supporting the management and publication of the Gallery’s digital collection information.

So, if you have experience of working with cultural heritage and museum data in all its varieties, as well as the systems which manage, aggregate, and consume it – please read on …

We believe that the position offers the right person the exciting chance to apply and grow their skills in systems administration and to make a real difference to how data relating to a world-class collection is managed and utilised. We will be happy to consider off-site and flexible working for the right candidate – so this post might also suit people seeking to change their work-life balance, or combine a regular commitment with freelance work.

We’re offering a full time, fixed term contract for up to 18 months at a salary of £38,300 per annum, but we will be happy to consider off-site and flexible working for the right candidate – so this post might also suit people seeking to change their work-life balance, or combine a regular commitment with freelance work.
