I am very interested in this as well, being somewhat new to the world of TMS.  My thought would be, based on what I've been seeing is to create a separate Institution Constituent for them with "Circle of John Doe" and "Workshop of John Doe" in the Culture/Group field.  If they were just different terms for the same group of people, then I'd make one an alternate name on the same record as the first.

Hi,

The scenario is when you have an artist named John Doe. But you also have a work created by "Circle of John Doe" and "Workshop of John Doe."  What is the best way to handle this in terms of listing the artist in reports and label views:  create separate constituents for Circle of John Doe and Workshop of John Doe, put "Circle of" and "Workhop of" in the prefix field of the artist John Doe when applicable, or create additional roles for "Circle of" and "Workshop of" to be used in place of the role "artist."

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
