I notice on Christina's/ DIA's Sikander piece "Dissonance to Detour
<https://www.dia.org/art/collection/object/dissonance-detour-96127>", the
Dimensions displayed on the collections site also include the DVD Diameter
and the work's Aspect Ratio. I have a couple of questions for the wider
group:

(1) Do others of you who are recording info for time-based digital media
include Aspect Ratio, Codex, etc., in the Dimensions Assistant fields? or
rely on other fields, perhaps Attributes?

(2) Does everyone list and/or consider the media on which the digital file
was presented to the museum (e.g. a flash drive or DVD) as important enough
to *display* going forwards, even when we may not be using the original
format/media to present the work any more?

We're in the process of refining/extending how we use TMS to document these
works so all your thoughts are appreciated!

Frances
