Hello Martin, Here, at Musée de la civilisation, our cataloguing guidelines are integrated into a Wiki. This way, users always have the updated version of the guidelines. They do not have to keep the copy of the document on their computer, which avoids the multiplication of obsolete documents on each other's computers.
