It's open source software written to be a user friendly interface/faceted broswe tool for TMS. It makes use of text mining and natural language tools; it does not require any changes to TMS. I have not read through all of the documentation yet but it looks interesting. The Berkeley School of Information Science is pretty fantastic, very into federated search, clustering, natural language.
