Hello everyone,

We are refining our shipping/receiving and asset identification processes and I was hoping to get some suggestions from you all.

To give you a little background, we have quite a bit of asset movement between our warehouse and museums and are working on ways to better handle all of this moment. We currently use paper tags with our barcode labels produced from the TMS barcode manager we just started using to identify all of our assets. So, I was wondering if you leave your paper tags on your items during shipment for identification upon receipt? If so, do your museums dispose of the paper tags upon receipt? If anyone would be willing to share their shipping/receiving process I would be extremely grateful!

Thank you,

Lori White
