I'm working with this but I'm a little confused; there is no tableID = 23 in ConXrefs.TableID.

Attached is a picture of the table linking you'll need to use. Selection formula must include {ConXrefs.TableID} = 23 (meaning constituents) and {ConXrefDetails.UnMasked} = True.

Has anyone ever created a report that reports on media-related constituents? Despite all my efforts, I'm failing miserably at this. Any advice or actual reports is greatly appreciated.
