I'm pretty sure the only way is to use Access or SQL to swap out each
record's MediaRenditions.MediaTypeID with the ID you want from
MediaTypes.

Subject: Physical media records - digital media records go all Freaky
Friday
Hey all - one technical question.
Am I missing something obvious - is it possible to change an existing
media record that was originally created as a physical media object to a
digital media object, or do you need to delete the original media record
and start over? I just can't seem to find a quick fix for that - and I
have a large number of records to switch....
Thanks for any advise.
Greg
