All,

We’ve been able to locate the memory leak in TMS that is causing this issue, and have successfully tested a fix for the problem. We are incorporating the fix into the next TMS release (TMS 2014, to be released at the end of October). The problem had to do with how thumbnail images were being processed.

Thank you to everyone who helped up identify this problem.

Best,

Danielle Uchitelle

We have that as well. Or if you change the file name of the image slightly it will take the image otherwise TMS drops out on us.

Same story here - after approximately every 50 drags and drops "Out of memory". Another thing I noticed - after I restart the crashed TMS it is not possible to re-drag&drop the last image used. The only thing that helps is to manually delete the latest created MediaMaster record (the one with the highest MediaMasterID, with DisplayRendID and PrimaryRendID both having the value -1).

Hope this helps!
