Good Morning Everyone,

First off, I hope everyone is well and staying safe.

During this time, it seems staff is thinking about those items which have been pushed down the "to-do" list. Our Prints, Drawings, and Photography Department would like a way to indicate if an object is not suitable for travelling or viewing in their study room. Some of the reasons an object would be flagged are the following: fragile medium, fragile object, past light exposures, etc. It seems a system could be developed across the collection not just for one department.

I would be interested to see how others are tracking this in their systems. Thanks for sharing your ideas, solutions, and attribute lists.

Best,
Renee
