Hello TMSers!

Is there anyone out there who does NOT follow the Cataloging Cultural Objects standard "For the preferred Title, use a concise descriptive title in the language of the catalog record (English in the United States)." If your institution allows for foreign language titles to be the preferred title (the one at the top of the list in the Titles Assistant), what are your data standards around this issue?
