For anyone accessing the 'How to...' document I posted on Friday re: adding Culture terms, it is written for TMS 2012, not 2016 R2 as indicated on the header. Sadly, that edit is as far as I've gotten to updating it for 2016! Here's a corrected version. Sorry for any confusion.

Dieter, Your approach sounds interesting, though I must admit to being reluctant to re-purpose Geography Xrefs in that way. It would solve the problems we 'worked around' in our approach, however. I look forward to seeing your terminology when you eventually make it available!
