External Email - Exercise Caution Good Afternoon Wise Ones, We would like to track the location of files (audio and visual) we are receiving. Currently, we are using the program Sync to facilitate the transfer of these files, whether from an artist, gallery, or institution. In looking at the location authority, I was wondering if others have done this. If so, did you make this virtual location a Site so it needed to be added in as a Constituent or did it become a Subsite. Thanks for your advice.
