We don't, alas, have an Audit Trail report that we can share with you.  (We used the sometimes-useful Audit Trail function.)

But I would LOVE to get a copy of an audit trail report if anyone sends it to you.  That could really be beneficial (and I'm afraid to say that it didn't even occur to me to write one as a Crystal Report!?!?)
