Interesting topic ----

While attempting to wrap our brains around how to synchronize our
constituent entries and workflow with the very large National Archives
Name/Organization authority (basically the OCLC name authority with
millions of additional entries and growing daily) -- at least for what we
term 'Notable Constituents' -- the Presidential Libraries Museums are also
considering synchronizing TMS data with SNAC (depending on where the agency
as a whole decides to go). *See*

http://socialarchive.iath.virginia.edu/

The National Archives is a core member of the SNAC cooperative -- in early
stages of development, but active and available for authority work and
highly promising for cross-discipline audiences.

Other than for ULAN data, is anyone attempting to synchronize constituent
data elements such as Display or Sort names, biographies, or other data
with authoritative data from other sources? If so, what data elements and
from what sources?
