A simple and effective way of searching for status flags is to configure Query Assistant to include the status flag field. This<http://www.screencast.com/t/5fZwzK5c5kti> short screencast explains how to do it.

Best,

Danielle Uchitelle

Hi Stephanie,

I am not sure what version you are on but this is how I search for status flags in TMS2010.

In Advanced Query, select Object Cataloguing from the Field group, Status Flag from the Field name, and 'Needs new photography' (or the term you use) from the Field value.

Let me know if you have questions!

Subject: Search on Status Flags

Hello all -

This may be an obvious question, but I need to search on Status Flags and can't figure out how to do it. Is there a secret trick? I need to run a report on objects which need new photography (which is one of our status flags).

Thanks.

Stephanie
